Hi! I’m Pam Laricchia.

I’m an entrepreneur, writer, and systems thinker.

My brain thinks in systems.

I have been an entrepreneur with an active online presence for more than a decade with experience creating and managing a wide range of digital products and tools, including websites, mailing lists, ebooks, podcasts, courses, and communities. And I also love developing and tweaking the processes and systems that support them.

I’ve written and published five books, produced a long-running podcast (almost 400 episodes), put together a well-loved course, founded an online community, and, most recently, created an online store.

I was able to do all that working part-time hours because I love tech and systems! I enjoy developing, documenting, following, and tweaking my own systems so they fit me like a glove. And bonus, I didn’t need to keep the processes for each thread of my business in my head, getting tangled and unruly over time.

My systems allowed me to grow a robust business in part-time hours.

Fast forward to today.

That business is focused on my experience over the last 20 years homeschooling (more specifically, unschooling) my three kids. They are all adults and I was drawn to widening my focus.

How am I helping people now?

Recognizing how much fun I had with my own business over the last decade, it was a natural next step to help others do the same with their businesses.

I know not everyone loves tech and systems as much as I do and my clients truly appreciate the help and support!

Software tools

While I have a knack for learning new software quickly, here’s a pretty full list of the software I’ve used:

websites: WordPress, ShowIt, Shopify, HTML
email: ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Aweber
courses/community: Teachable, Mighty Networks, Zoom, Vimeo
podcasts: Blubrry, Descript, Spotify, YouTube
books: Vellum, Atticus, Sigil, Amazon KDP, Draft2Digital, BookFunnel
social media: Canva, Facebook, Instagram
operations: Asana, Notion, Zapier, Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, Google Workspace
MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

Behind the scenes

What else do I do for fun?

I really enjoy playing video games and am learning to code my own! Right now my game engine of choice is Godot. And I continue to explore how wonderfully unique human beings are, the many ways they like to engage with the world, and helpful tools for navigating relationships with grace and compassion.
